I'm usually a gap xl (cup) and L (band) and this in a 1xl fits well. Non adjustable straps are a not issue. Internal shelf bra band only goes armpit to armpit, so the back details lay perfectly flat. Material feels nice, good support and coverage. Front top layer lays flat fitted, not too tight, like a crop top instead of like a stand alone sports bra top.
